<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photosensitivity, storage stability, coloring power and adhesion to a support in film formation on the support, to suppress film shrinkage of a cured part and reduction of color density (decoloring), to ensure good developability and small residues on development, and to form a colored pattern which is fine (e.g., a narrow side is ≤2.2 μm long) and has a tapered or rectangular cross section. <P>SOLUTION: A colored photocurable composition for a solid state image pick-up device is provided which includes at least (A) a dispersion resin having an unsaturation equivalent of <600, (B) a pigment, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a polyfunctional photopolymerizable compound having an acidic functional group and/or an alkyleneoxy chain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
