A sensor is connected with the support device and generates a signal, which represents a height of a reference point on the land processing unit relative to a grass surface of a land part (130) to be processed. A control unit adjusts the height of the support device based on the signal, and the sensor has a tachometer (140) that is connected with a pivotable unit (120), where the tachometer rotates, when the pivotable unit is moved along the surface.
