PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module capable of preventing damages to a thermoelectric element, or the like, which are to a pair of terminal electrodes, under conditions such that external force works to the electrodes as a conductor is pulled in the thermoelectric module, constituted by arranging a predetermined number of p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements in a plane; attaching a set of thin film substrates, each having an electrode formed to both end surfaces of the p-type thermoelectric elements and the n-type thermoelectric elements; electrically connecting all of the p-type thermoelectric elements and the n-type thermoelectric elements in series; and separating an element attaching part and a conductor attaching part on the pair of terminal electrodes by a distance, capable of reducing thermal influence to the thermoelectric elements when soldering the conductor. SOLUTION: A terminal electrode 12B is formed, extending along the arranged direction of the plurality of p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements and along the rim of one of thin-film substrates 10 that has the terminal electrode 12B formed.
