PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer implement which enables the simplified performance of a refill replacing operation while restraining the sag of a tape from being caused by the replacement of the refill. SOLUTION: In this transfer implement A, a transfer implement body A1 is formed by detachably combining a supporting body as a main body-side half case portion with the refill 2 as a refill-side half case portion. The transfer implement body A1 is a case, the inside of which houses a feed reel 41, a take-up reel 42 and a reel driving mechanism 5 for transmitting the rotation of the feed reel 41 to the take-up reel 42. The transfer implement A is characterized in that the feed reel 41, the take-up reel 42 and the reel driving mechanism 5 are each held by the refill 2 and made replaceable.
