PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater mist diffusion system in which an electric generator is mounted at a position separated from a water wheel main body present in a pipe to receive no effect thereof particularly because there is a problem that a conventional small water wheel formed so as to generally integrate the water wheel main body with the electric generator and thereby, the maintenance to protect from the effect of sea water or water requires many time and labors. SOLUTION: Since the water wheel has a rotary rotor in the pipe and the rotor (5) is moved vertically by the water pressure, the power generating apparatus can not be installed therein, then the electric generator (4) is installed at the separated position.
