PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure for a vehicle capable of effectively transmitting an impact load working in vehicle side surface collision to a floor panel and capable of reducing a load which the floor panel bears. SOLUTION: A forward inclined wall 25F and a backward inclined wall 25R projected quantities to the outside of which gradually become larger toward a central part in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle from their front ends and rear ends are provided on an outside wall of a reinforce 25 forming a closed cross-section structural part connected to the outside of a side sill inner 23, and a plurality of concentric circular arc beads 50 ends of which start from the side sill inner 23 at right angles and with the neighborhood of fulcrums X1, X2 with a middle cross member 7 as their center are provided in each of regions S1, S2 of floor panels 3, 4 divided by a floor tunnel frame 2 and a front cross member 9.
