<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the communication characteristics of other communication devices loaded on electronic equipment in the electronic equipment loading an electronic module such as an electronic tuner using a board with a built-in part. <P>SOLUTION: The board 6 with the built-in part has a circuit board 8 having a grounding board 7 on the inside or underside, a semiconductor integrated circuit 9 mounted on the top face of the circuit board 8, a first dielectric 10 laminated on the circuit board 8 coating the semiconductor integrated circuit 9 and a second dielectric 11 laminated on the first dielectric 10. The dielectric constant of the second dielectric 11 is smaller than that of the first dielectric 10. According to this configuration, even when noise is radiated towards the top face of the board 6 with the built-in part from the semiconductor integrated circuit 9, the noise is partially reflected on a boundary between the first dielectric 10 and the second dielectric 11 because the dielectric constant of the second dielectric 11 is smaller than that of the first dielectric 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
