PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate type member with a conductor in which a plate type member does not undergo a hole making process on the plate type member and fitting components like a bolt and nut or the like are not used and furthermore, soldering is not applied, and a connecting terminal can be fixed with a bus bar or a power feeding point without a trouble. SOLUTION: In a window glass 10 with a conductor 16, a connecting terminal 20 is fixed on a glass plate 12 by a resin portion 22 which is made of resin formed by injection molding. In a manufacturing method of the window glass 10 with the conductor 16, the connecting terminal 20 is abutted to a power feeding point 18, and in this condition, the connecting terminal 20 is pinched on the glass plate 12 with a die mold 26, and resin is injected into a cavity space for the resin portion 22 of the die mold 26, and the resin is solidified in the cavity space for the resin portion 22 to form the resin portion 22, and the resin portion 22 fixes the connecting terminal 20 on the glass plate 12.
