PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smooth mouse pad with a small frictional resistance when a mouse moves while reliably moving a cursor on a display according to a mouse on a mouse pad. SOLUTION: The non-white color rubber composition containing mineral or metallic powder which reflect the rays of light and a plastic film with a small frictional resistance and optical transparency are bonded by vulcanization or press-fitted by a metallic mold having a smooth surface, so that the laminate sheet having a smooth plastic film and rubber on each side can be manufactured.
