<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit wine suppressed in sugar but containing flavor extracts of the fruit, suitable for health maintenance because of suppressed sugar content. <P>SOLUTION: The fruit wine containing the flavor extracts, having stiffen taste and suppressed in sugar is produced by using a bottle of 4 liter, adding 200 g sugar and 1,675 g grapefruit to 2.5 liter white liquor to obtain a base fruit wine, adding 40 g needle ginger to the obtained fruit wine, and, if preferred, further adding bittern thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
