PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of easily mounting and demounting a fixing holder used to change a fixing method of a louver cover from the front face side of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This fixing holder 51 has a locking portion 54 for locking movement in the direction from the front face 10c to the back face 10d of a front panel 10 of the fixing holder 51 by contacting with an inclined portion 10b (for example, narrowed portion) formed at an opening 10a of the front panel 10, when the fixing holder 51 is inserted in the direction from the front face 10c to the back face 10d of the front panel 10 to the opening 10a, an engaging portion 53 for locking the movement of the fixing holder 51 in the direction from the back face 10d to the front face 10c of the front panel 10 by being engaged with an engaged portion 10e formed at the opening 10a of the front panel 10, and a working groove 55 for performing work to press the engaging portion 53 to the disengagement direction for disengaging the engaging portion 53 and the engaged portion 10e from the front face 10c side of the front panel 10.
