PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for providing information related to sunshine to a driver of a vehicle in advance.

SOLUTION: An in-vehicle terminal 110 loaded on a vehicle 180 transmits sunshine information having a sunshine location for specifying a location where any visual field failure caused by sunshine has been generated to a center server 170. The center server 170 stores the sunshine information transmitted from the plurality of vehicles 180, and in response to a request from the in-vehicle terminal 110 of the vehicle 180, the center server 170 transmits the sunshine information of the surroundings of the vehicle 180 which has transmitted the request to the in-vehicle terminal 110 of the vehicle 180.
