A multifunctional swimming device is provided, in which a user comes in after rolling it in a cylinder shape and walks on water. A multifunctional swimming device comprises: a plurality of tubes(20) which are formed in the rod shape with a constant diameter and in which a hole is formed in both sides; and a tube connection unit(10) which is inserted in the hole and interconnects a plurality of tubes. A pipe supporting member interconnecting a plurality of tubes is equipped on the both outsides of tube while the tube connection unit being inserted. A plurality of curved pipes are mutually assembled and form the tube connection unit in the circular shape. On both sides of the swimming device, a safety element(30) which prevents a user from falling in the water is installed. A plurality of safety belts(31) are radially extended and formed on the safety element around the core member(30a).
