A hair grease composition is provided to give an excellent soft for hair and a moisture feel, to have an excellent hair-arranging power, to improve a phenomenon that is glossy at hands and the hair in use and to provide a fresh use feeling. A hair grease composition comprises a glycerine, a dipropylene glycol and a dimethicone copolyol. The dimethicone copolyol is one selected from a group consisting of PEG-12 dimethicone, PEG-18 dimethicone, PEG-20/PPG-23 dimethicone and PEG-10 dimethicone. The composition additionally includes perfume and a thickener.
