This discloses a flexible carrier 30 for carrying a plurality of containers comprising a flexible sheet formed of a polymer composition with a plurality of container holders 25 formed in the sheet, each defining a primary opening for receiving a container. Each container holder 25 has at least one higher energy treated zone 26 and at least another one zone of lower treatment 24 with the energy treatment done by corona treatment, plasma treatment and combinations thereof.
