A high frequency full-range vacuum type current limiting fuse is provided to protect electronic components by blocking an overload current and a high short circuit current. A terminal cap of a current limiting fuse is connected to an input/output terminal of electrical and electronic devices. A vacuum fuse(100) diffuses the generated arc in a vacuum state and blocks an overload current when the overcurrent fuses a fuse element and the arc is generated. A current limiting fuse(200) is connected in series with one side of the vacuum fuse and blocks the short-circuit current by putting out the generated arc by silicon sand inside a ceramic tube when the short-circuit fuses the fuse element.
