PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transmitting/receiving device of high sensitivity and high performance that is not affected by moisture absorption, and to provide an ultrasonic current flow meter. SOLUTION: In an acoustic matching body 6, an acoustic film 7 is formed on the opposite surface to the adhesion surface outside a top part of a case 2 of a ceramic porous body 5 having a plurality of pores, a sealing means 8 is disposed on a side wall of the ceramic porous body 5, and the pores of the ceramic porous body 5 are sealed with the acoustic film 7, a joining means 4, and the sealing means 8. Therefore, the surface of the ceramic porous body 5 easy to absorb moisture in property is not exposed, the moisture absorption of the acoustic matching body 6 is suppressed even if it is left under temperature variation or high temperature and high humidity, and a high output sensitivity can be maintained. The ceramic porous body 5 is protected with the acoustic film 7, the joining means 4, and the sealing means 8, so that the possibility that a part of the ceramic porous body 5 drops out or dust occurs is eliminated.
