FIELD: food products, medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: composition contains amide nitrogen source which is composed of protein, leucine and at least one amino acid chosen from the row including isoleucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophane, valine or hystidine in free form and/or in the form of salt. The composition contains leucine in free form and/or in the form of salt in the amount of from approximately 10 to approximately 35 wt % at least in conversion to total amino acids weight. As a variant the composition contains combination of indispensable amino acids and optionally conditionally indispensable amino acids in free form and/or in the form of salt and intact protein. The composition contains indispensable and optionally conditionally indispensable amino acids in the amount of from approximately 55 to approximately 75 wt % in conversion to total amino acids weight. The compositions are introduced to pharmaceutical or nutrient compositions for cure and/or prevention of weight loss.
