PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security performance by avoiding a communication terminal from being improperly connected to a network. SOLUTION: The communication system with a specific relay device authentication function is provided with communication terminal 1 having a communication path establishment means 11 for establishing a communication path on the network 3 and one or more relay devices 2 which relays the communication path. The communication terminal 1 is provided with an authentication information requesting means 101 for requesting to transmission authentication information to the relay device 2 and an establishment permission means 102 for permitting establishment of the communication path by the communication path establishment means 11 when the authentication information from the relay device 2 is proper and the relay device 2 is provided with an authentication information transmitting means 21 for transmitting the authentication information according to the transmission request from the communication terminal 1.
