PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin water-cooled pump in which counterflow of liquid is reduced to provide a stable flow rate. SOLUTION: The thin water-cooled pump is constituted of: a thin pump base having a suction pipe in which the liquid enters and a discharge pipe from which the liquid is discharged; a plate of a bottom plate of a pump chamber put on the pump base, having a through hole in which the liquid flows from the suction pipe to the pump chamber and a through hole in which the liquid flows from the pump chamber to the discharge pipe; a suction side check valve controlling the flow of liquid in one direction by installation of a leaf spring to an upper surface of the through hole on the suction side of the plate; a discharge side check valve controlling the flow of the liquid in one direction by installation of the leaf spring to a lower surface of the through hole on the discharge side of the plate; a piezoelectric element sucking or delivering the liquid in/from the pump chamber by the vibration on the upper side of the plate; and a cover covering the pump base housing the plate and the piezoelectric element.
