PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person extraction system for efficiently extracting a person from a mixed image. SOLUTION: A person extraction device 100A divides a background image and a mixed image into a plurality of blocks configured of a plurality of block configuring elements, and calculates the representative value of the color specification values of those block configuring pixels, and generates a representative value background image and a representative value mixed image in which the representative value is set in the block central pixel, and compares the representative value background image and the representative value mixed image for every block, and when the difference of the representative values is a predetermined value or more, sets the block central pixel to "1" as a person image block, and when the difference of the representative values is less than the predetermined value, sets the block central pixel to "0" as a background image block to generate a background difference binary image, and sets the central pixel of the block set to "1" in the background difference binary image to the color of the mixed image, and sets the block central pixel set to "0" to a predetermined color to generate a block filter processing color image by extracting a person from the mixed image.
