A magnesium product, a method of manufacturing the same, and a composition for oxidizing magnesium are provided to obtain high corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of the product by including a magnesium base, an oxide layer, and a conductive layer. A magnesium product comprises a magnesium base(10), an oxide layer(25), and a conductive layer(30). The magnesium base contains magnesium or magnesium alloy. The oxide layer is formed on the surface of the magnesium base through an anodization process. The conductive layer is formed on the oxide layer. The anodization process is executed by using an oxide composition containing sodium hydroxide, 3 sodium citrate, sodium pyrophosphate, and water as an electrolyte.
