PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily configure and search correspondence models between sensitive words and corresponding products by a product seller of a traditional artifacts, artifacts, or manufactured products. SOLUTION: The product presenting system using sensitivity expression words comprises a project management tool 29 for defining an item, selecting an object, collecting user data, analyzing and visualizing the user data, and a database 30 containing objects having meta data functions of a name, ID, image or the like, and items having adjectives or words expressing a state in a question form as values. The object is presented to a customer and the customer evaluates the item. The data is collected as raw data.
