PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely restrain an occupant from moving forward without making a seat uncomfortable to sit on in a state that a load acting on a waist and a chest in sudden deceleration of an automobile is smaller. SOLUTION: Inside a front part of a seat cushion 1, a receiving member 15 extending in the width direction of the seat cushion 1 is arranged on a vehicular rear side behind a spindle pin 7 mounted to a frame part 2 as a reinforcement member of the seat cushion 1. An inertial mass 17 extending to the width direction of the seat cushion 1 is arranged on a vehicular front side from the spindle pin 7 as well as above the spindle pin 7. The receiving member 15 and the inertial mass 17 are connected by a connection member 11 with its middle part rotatably/pivotally supported by the spindle pin 7.
