PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop cable that suppresses influence of vibration on a supporting line by fully absorbing tension caused by excessive vibration of the cable. SOLUTION: The optical fiber drop cable 1 is composed of a cable body 2 which is formed by covering a coated optical fiber 5 and a high-tensile wire 6 with a jacket 7, and a supporting line 3 which is formed by covering, with a jacket 10, a steel wire 9 extending in parallel with the axial line of the cable body 2, wherein the jacket 7 of the cable body 2 and the jacket 10 of the supporting line 3 are integrated through a neck part 4.
