In an inspection information managing system (1), a sample vessel set (100) uses a containing bag (101) and sample vessels (102, 103) each having a barcode. It is possible to read the barcodes of the sample vessels (102, 103) while they are contained in the containing bag (101). A sample automatic analysis device (10) correlates inspection data to the barcode information of the sample vessels (102, 103), which are outputted to an inspection information managing device (20). The inspection information managing device (20) correlates the barcode information on the containing bag (101) on which an examinee's name is written and the barcode information on the sample vessels (102, 103) to the inspection data. Thus, information contained in one sample vessel set (100) can easily and surely correlated, thereby effectively performing a matching work between the samples and the examinees.
