<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high reliable hollow core reactor by a method wherein when a coil and the interval between the coils of the hollow core reactor are to be fixed, a prepreg tape is wound around the coil, molds having the wave-shaped faces are made to come in contact with the coil, and prepreg is heated to be hardened. CONSTITUTION:The prepreg tape 4 is wound around the coil conductor 2 to constitute the hollow core reactor, the wave-shaped faces of the molds 5 having the wave shapes are pushed to the sides thereof, and heating is performed to harden the tape 4. At this time, a tape made by applying epoxy resin to a glass fiber base material and made in half-hardened condition is used as the tape 4. Moreover to harden uniformly resin impregnated in the tape 4 applying force to the molds, the surface of the tape 4 is smoothed. Accordingly electromagnetically mechanical force to be applied repeatedly to the coil can be absorbed by the spring effect of the wave forms, and moreover expansion and contraction of the conductor 2 can be absorbed also to enhance reliability.</p> |
