A wall-embedded type touch switch unit is provided to perform common usage through one model without a separate structure regardless of the number of switch terminals by only changing a driving unit, a touch PCB(Printed Circuit Board), and a touch panel. A wall-embedded type touch switch unit includes a bracket(10), a switch body(20), a side cover(30), and a touch panel(40). The bracket is mounted on a switch box on a wall. The switch body is mounted on the bracket and recessed by partially passing through the switch box on the wall. The side cover has a rectangular frame shape and is covered on the switch box including the bracket while supporting a rear frame of the switch body. The touch panel is fixed to the side cover while surface-contacting a front side of the switch body.
