Transported line of concrete production that consists of a trailing platform that includes : hyper construction of silos of aggregates, a transportation container of aggregates, a transportation container of aggregates (13), a weighing unit of cement and water (15), a mixer (7) and an operating cabin (10). The transported production line is folded in a trailing platform that is transported by a tractor (1) without requiring a procedure of special transportation. The transported line of concreteproduction is developed in four phases that are following successively : unfolding of the stands of heavy type (2) and securing thereof by the assistance of screws (4) in the frame (3) of the platform. In the second phase the unfolding of bulwarks (5) of the silos is effected. In the third phase the unit of the mixer (7) is lifted and secured in its operating position, releasing at the same time the operating cabin (10) from the inner part of its supporting base (11). Futhermore, the guiding tracks (12) of the transportaion container of aggregates (13) are unfolded entirely. In the fourth phase the transportation container (13) is placed in its initial operating position and the weighing unit of cement (15) is placed on the upper part of the mixer (7). Finally, all the connections are efffected and the transported line of concrete production takes its final form. |
