THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THERMOPLASTICS RESIN BASED MOLDING COMPOSITION

AÝÝmethod for preparing a graft modified-polypropylene-based thermoplastic resin molding compositionÝÝis provided to produce the molding composition having ultrahigh flowability, excellent dispersibility and compatibility with glass long fiber, and good moldability. A method for preparing a graft modified-polypropylene-based thermoplastic resin molding composition for composite resin includes the steps of: mixing 1-20 parts by weight of linear low density polyethylene with a powder or pellet-shaped resin composition in a henschel mixer, wherein the resin composition is obtained by mixing 100-3,000 ppm of an antioxidant with 100 parts by weight of a modified polypropylene which is a graft polymer of unsaturated carboxylic acid and polypropylene and has a melt index of 40-180 g/10 minutes at 230 °C; putting the mixture into a reactor(VI) equipped with a ribbon type blender; and modifying the mixture while dropping 5-30 parts by weight of a mixture solution for 50 minutes into the reactor(VI) operating at 10-200 °C, wherein the mixture solution is obtained by dissolving 1-30% of a peroxide in n-hexane.
