FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention aims at production of multipurpose filled applied for making general mechanical rubber goods, polymeric compositions, paintwork materials, household cleaning products, paper, as a reagent for sewage neutralisation and treatment. Filler based on chemically deposited calcium carbonate additionally contains deposited magnesium hydroxide and/or base magnesium carbonate in weight ratio as follows, wt %: calcium carbonate - 60.0-89.8; magnesium hydroxide and/or base magnesium carbonate - 10.0-37.0; water and inert impurity - 0.2-3.0. Method for making this filler involves reaction of aqueous calcium and magnesium chloride solutions and alkali carbonate and hydroxide at raised temperature observing with sedimentation of calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide and/or base magnesium carbonate. Substances react with, at least, one alkali chloride added and followed with combined sedimentation and separation of calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide and/or base magnesium carbonate from aqueous phase. Solid phase is cleaned from alkali chloride, dried and grinded. ^ EFFECT: invention allows for lower combustibility of composites containing disclosed filler, smoke generation in burning and cost price of these materials, as well as ensures recovery of alkali chloride solutions contaminated with calcium and magnesium ions. ^ 7 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex |
