PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous construction device for a monolithic refractory suitably usable for inner lining construction and repair construction of the refractory. SOLUTION: The continuous construction device comprises a continuous kneading device and a material projection device C. The material projection device C comprises an impeller 6 mounted with a plurality of blade plates 14; an endless flat belt 15 wound around the outer periphery of the impeller 6 so that a projection port 7 for projecting the refractory to the outside is formed at a part; a plurality of pulleys 16 for guiding the endless flat belt 15; a mounting plate 17 on which the plurality of pulleys 16 are pivoted; and a projection plate 18 arranged near the projection port 7 to project the refractory to the outside while colliding with the projection plate. The angle of the projection plate 18 to the refractory is changed to carry out inner lining construction of various refractory containers with an optional thickness, and a rebound loss when allowing the refractory to collide with a constructed body can also be reduced.
