<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp tool for a vehicle capable of enhancing safety through improvement of visibility of a driver with the use of a plurality of lamp tool units. <P>SOLUTION: The lamp tool for a vehicle forms a light distribution pattern of low beams by superposing light irradiated from a first unit and a second unit. Brightness alleviating means 28 are provided on a reflective face 27 of a first main reflector 26 in sub units of the first unit. Then, in a low-beam light distribution pattern formed by the first unit and the second unit, a low-brightness part with brightness partially lowered is formed at an interface at either right and left end of a superposed part on a diffusion area forming pattern, out of peripheral edge parts for a cutoff line forming pattern formed by the sub units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
