To achieve this, according to the invention, carbon nanotubes are incorporated into the binding agent to reduce the viscosity within a range of less than 0.1% and to increase the viscosity within a range of greater than 0.1 % and homogenisation takes place by supplying energy at a power of greater than 500 Ws /ml.
