PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer which can suppress the increase in hygroscopicity even if washing process is omitted, assures electric characteristics, and can improve impact resistance. SOLUTION: The graft copolymer is a graft copolymer which is polymerized using a nonionic emulsifier or an ammonium salt-type anionic emulsifier.
