PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to manage and set a master-slave relation, without providing a special interface for transmission and reception of signals between master and slave phones. SOLUTION: A wireless AP3 and a wired terminal 21 are connected to an extension network 4, and a wireless terminal 22 is connected to the extension network 4 via the wireless AP3. When a state of the wireless terminal 22 placed on the wired terminal 21 changes, the wired terminal 21 transmits a request for setting a master-slave relation to a main device 1. At the same time, when the state of the wireless terminal 22 placed on the wired terminal 21, the wireless terminal 22 transmits a request for setting a master-slave relation to the main device 1. When the main device 1 receives the request for setting a master-slave relation from the wired terminal 21 and the wireless terminal 22 within a predetermined period of time, the main device 1 sets a master-slave relation between these two terminals 21 and 22.
