PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure of a roof capable of preventing the intrusion of the water moving along a lower face side of a roof face member securely and the roof. SOLUTION: In this water cut-off structure of the roof, the water W2 attempting to flow reversely on a lower face of a panel member 6 is prevented from flowing by a first water cut-off member 86, and the water W6 reversely flowing onto a lower face of a panel supporting part 5B is prevented by a first rising piece 71, drops into a recessed ditch part 70, and is drained even if the water W2 crosses the first water cut-off member 86 to improve the water cut-off performance. Furthermore, the water entering the inside of a panel holding member 8 is drained into a gutter 7 through a water drain hole 88 in an inclined bottom face part 82, and the water entering the recessed ditch part 70 is drained into the gutter 7 through a water drain hole 74 so that the water entering the inside of the panel holding member 8 and the inside of the recessed ditch part 70 does not remain there and the water remaining in the inside of them is prevented from overflowing.
