<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish meat processed food enabling nutrients such as minerals of calcium or the like, vitamines, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) which are sometimes insufficient in usual meal, and which are essential for health to be easily ingested, and obtained without adding various kinds of antiseptics or the like, and to provide a method for producing the processed food. <P>SOLUTION: The fish meat processed food is produced by removing guts of a fish such as mackerel, subjecting the remaining head part, bone parts and meat to a grinding machine to form a mince state, adding and mixing starch having water holding ability and chipped onion to and with the fish meat formed into the mince state, shaping the mixed product into a prescribed shape and freezing the shaped product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
