PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing unit capable of performing work for fixing a fixing member to a member to be fixed with a distance equal to the length of a cylindrical spacer, with sufficient working efficiency and ease of work. SOLUTION: A screw shaft 13 of a fixing screw member 11 inserted to a through hole 22 of the cylindrical spacer 21 and projected from the cylindrical spacer 21 and the cylindrical spacer 22 are inserted from a front side (opposite side to pillar 41) to the insertion hole 32 of the fixing member 31, and the screw shaft 13 is thread-engaged with the pillar 41. One portion of a wedge part 14 is intruded into a through hole 22 of the cylindrical spacer 21 while one end at the fixing member 31 side of the cylindrical spacer 21 penetrating through the insertion hole 32 of the fixing member 31 is diameter-enlarged by an enlarging surface 14a of the wedge part 14, the fixing member 31 is clamped by one end of the cylindrical spacer 21 and a fastening seat 12, and the fixing member 31 is fixed to the pillar 41 while leaving it by a distance of length of the cylindrical spacer 21.
