PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively classify counting by a specified player and counting by the staff of a game hall by giving a counting privilege only to a player reliable for the game hall. SOLUTION: A management device 4 sets a prescribed condition for game information of each player, distinguishes the player whose game information satisfies the prescribed condition from other players, sets the player as a superior member, and transmits player information capable of specifying whether or not it is the set specified player to a counting device 5. When judging that the player from whom a member card is received is the superior member, the counting device 5 permits counting processing. By giving the counting privilege only to the superior member whose game information satisfies the prescribed condition without giving the counting privilege to many unspecified players, fraudulence is taken into consideration, then burdens on the employee of the game hall are reduced, and satisfaction of the player is maintained.
