PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center device allowing update of software installed to an operator terminal without hindering execution of call center business. SOLUTION: This call center device includes: the plurality of operation terminals operating according to an installed operation software; and a server distinguishing whether the operation software installed by each of the operation terminals can be updated or not based on an operation information terminal related to each of the plurality of operation terminals, and transmitting an installer including the operation software to the operation terminal needing update when the update is possible.
