摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a copper plated solid wire which provides a stable arc, stable and regular transfer of droplets, and a superior bead shape, which has extremely small generation of air holes such as pits and blowholes and of spatters, and which causes no undercut or sagging of fused metal, in pulse MAG welding of a hot dip galvanized steel sheet. SOLUTION: The copper plated solid wire contains 0.02-0.12% C, 0.25-1.20% Si, 0.4-1.5% Mn, 0.1-1.2% Nb, and 0.002-0.020% Al, having a copper plating thickness of 0.3-1.1μm, a liquid lubricating oil of 0.3-1.5 g at room temperature per 10 kg of wire on the wire surface, potassium of 0.004-0.25 g, and desirably, 2.2-4.6% Si+Mn+2Nb.
