PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cushioning performance according to the body weight of a user. SOLUTION: This shoe sole for a shoe includes an air inflow valve 1 coupled to the sole and the air tube 5 formed to display outwardly. Normally in such a manner as to form an air tube 5 in the inside of a wheel of an automobile, an insole of the shoe is provided with the air tube 5 including the air valve 1 for causing the air to flow into a sole constituting the shoe from the outside and discharging the air to be exposed to the outside of the sole of the shoe.
