摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failures such as a warp or a crack of a solar battery element and peeling of a solder junction in a solar battery device having the solder junction between an interconnector and the solar battery element. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery has the solar battery element and the interconnector made of a metallic material which is solder-joined on an electrode of the solar battery element via the solder junction. The interconnector has a through hole provided on the solder junction of the electrode. A solder layer located under the through hole and on the electrode is directly heated by a heating mechanism through the through hole. The interconnector and the electrode is solder-joined.
