PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer system which does not require an exclusive station while enlarging the capacity of an ink tank without providing a waste ink accommodation section in a portable printer. SOLUTION: The printer system 1 comprises a main printer 2 having a first ejection head 41 for ejecting ink to an article to be recorded, and a portable sub printer 4 having a second ejection head 23 for ejecting ink to the article to be recorded and being attached removably to the main printer 2 wherein the main printer 2 is further provided with a section 46 for accommodating waste ink discharged from the second ejection head 23 when the sub printer 4 is attached.
