发明名称 METHOD FOR AVOIDING SALT FORMATION ORIGINATING IN C-TERMINAL SEQUENTIAL DEGRADATION REACTION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method for efficiently removing reaction by-products in a highly accurate internal sequence acquisition technique, which can be also applied to a very small amount of protein. SOLUTION: A nitrogen-containing aromatic cyclic compound and water molecules are brought into action with a peptide group to be analyzed or a sample plate to which peptides in a dry state are applied after the completion of a C-terminal sequential degradation process to form alkane acid and volatile salt. The acquired volatile salt is removed from over the sample plate by pressure reduction or feeding an inert gas. When a hydrolysis reaction process is to be continuously performed by a third amine compound and water molecules, the formation of nonvolatile salt by alkane acid and a third amine compound is suppressed.
