PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging tube capable of using a stored tooth paste of the necessary amount without waste. SOLUTION: The packaging tube includes a squeeze spout 20 for squeezing out a tooth paste 5. The squeeze spout 20 is constituted of an elongated opening including two long ridges opposite to each other, and has a measuring plate 28 projecting from one long ridge. By setting the dimension of the measuring plate 28 and the opening height of the squeeze spout 20 to adequate values, the tooth paste 5 of the adequate amount is constantly squeezed out on the measuring plate 28, and the content 5 of the necessary amount is consumed without waste.
