PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person having no programming knowledge to simply form an analyzing flow utilized when routine analysis is performed. SOLUTION: When a certain sample is measured and subjected to data processing, the measuring condition or data processing content of the sample and the processing condition of the sample are stored in one file 10 of a memory part 5 as data history. When the target file 10 is selected and indicated at the time of formation of the analyzing flow, necessary data such as the measuring condition or the data processing content and the processing condition are extracted from the file 10 and arranged corresponding to the time series order of them to automatically form the analyzing flow. This analyzing flow is stored in one file as a program capable of executing the data and the file is selected and indicated so as to be exerted to automatically exert a series of analyses.
