PROTEIN CHIP FOR DIAGNOSING PORCINE CIRCOVIRUS AND METHOD OF DIAGNOSING PORCINE CIRCOVIRUS USING THE CHIP

A protein chip is provided to diagnose infection of porcine circovirus(PCV) by identifying a concentration of a PCV type 2(PCV2) through an SPR imaging diagnosis system. A protein chip is characterized in that PCV2 capsid antigen is supported on a metal thin film substrate, wherein the metal is gold, silver, copper or aluminum. A method for measuring a concentration of the PCV antigen comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the protein chip by supporting the PCV2 capsid antigen on the metal thin film substrate; (b) reacting the protein chip with a serum sample; and (c) detecting an SPR signal strength of an antigen-antibody complex formed on the surface of the SPR protein chip.
