摘要 |
This fluoropolymer composite finds application in the manufacture of antifriction components for high-temperature service in aggressive environments and conditions of dry friction. It exhibits improved mechanical and thermo-physical properties while preserving the valuable antifriction characteristics of the fluoro carbopastes. The fluoropolymer composite has the following make-up, in mass percent: 94.9-80.0 tetra fluorethylene-ethylene copolymer, 5.0-19.9 graphitised carbon fibres and 0.1-1.0 fibrous crystals containing 14.5 percent K2O and 85.5 percent TiO2 with a characteristic number 100. Hybrid fillers are mixed in an analytical mixer while stirring at the rate of 8 sec<-1>, homogenized with the copolymer and granulated at 563-623 K.
